We stand behind every CALDRÉ creation and want you to love what you receive.

Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging

  • Personalized or custom items are non-returnable

Return Process

  1. Message us via Chat with your order number and reason for return

  2. Once approved, ship the product to the provided return address

  3. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

💸 Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 17, 2025

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • Refunds will be applied to the original payment method

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

CALDRÉ reserves the right to deny refunds on items that do not meet the return criteria.
